The delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. They are shown separately during the ordering process and must be paid by you in addition.

We only deliver within Germany via our online shop. The delivery method might change depending on your Delivery Area/Location.
Gunii products always strive to provide the best possible experience and accurate information. Our general delivery expectation would be 7-10 business days within Germany for all dried products unless otherwise stated, but it can be longer depending on weather and volume of orders. The delivery service can change depending on the area of delivery. Boerewors or any non-dried items will be shipped twice per month (every 2nd & 4th Monday/Tuesday of the month).
Payment would be required before the order is processed, as products are made to order. Our expected delivery time would only start once payment for the order has been received.
Boerewors and other non-frozen items are Shipped Frozen but may arrive thawed, but should remain cold enough to comply with cold shipment regulations. We can, however, only guarantee this with the Express Shipment option. Any other delivery option selected does not guarantee this. Therefore, we can not take any responsibility for items that arrive above 7°C.
Understanding the Available Shipping Options:
* DHL - Standard Shipping / Standardversand (Germany)
Select if your order "Does Not" contain Boerewors.
**Made to order (7-10 Days Production Time)**
- This option should be selected when you only have dried items (such as Biltong, Droewors or Snap-Sticks) in your cart. This selection is not possible when you have any Frozen or non-dried items, such as Boerewors, as part of your order. If you select this option and your order includes Frozen items such as Boerewors, we will update your order, and the outstanding amount will be invoiced. Your order will not be shipped until this outstanding amount has been paid.
* Frozen/Tiefgekühlte - Option 1 (Standard Shipping/Standardversand 2-4 Days/Tage)
OPTION 1 or 2 MUST BE SELECTED IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS BOEREWORS. Shipments are made twice per month (every 2nd & 4th Monday/Tuesday of the month).
- This option allows us to ship your dried and non-dried items (such as Biltong & Boerewors) together in one shipment. This option, however, can take 2-4 days and could cause your frozen items to arrive thawed, but should remain below the allowed 7°C. We can, however, not guarantee this with this selection, and we can not be held responsible should it arrive above 7°C.
* Frozen/Tiefgekühlte - Option 2 (Express Shipping/Expressversand 1-2 Days/Tage) - Recommended/empfohlen
OPTION 1 or 2 MUST BE SELECTED IF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS BOEREWORS. Shipments are made twice per month (every 2nd & 4th Monday/Tuesday of the month).
- This option is our recommended option to ship your dried and non-dried items (such as Biltong & Boerewors) together in one shipment. This option allows for Express Shipment, which is guaranteed to be less than 2 days. Your items will then arrive frozen or thawed, but will remain below 7°C. Should your items not arrive below 7°C, please reach out to us with visual proof of the temperature upon receiving your items, and we will replace or credit you for the items.
Important: Please ensure someone is available to accept the package should your order contain frozen items. We are void of any responsibility for the state of your frozen items if the items were not received directly by you or someone else in person.
